These beautiful 1.05 acre lots are located about 20 miles south of Sanders, 25 miles due east of Petrified Forest National Park and are a few miles west of highway 191 in northeast Arizona. The lots are at an elevation of about 6000'. This elevation makes for a wonderful 4 season climate. These lots have abundant wildlife and many trees (Evergreens, Junipers, Pinion Pines) and the temps are about 40-50 degrees in the winter and 70-80 degrees in the summer with no humidity. These 1.05 acre lots have dimensions of 150'w X 305'd. That's about the size of 6 "big city" lots ! The lots are totally buildable with great views in all directions. There are no building restrictions, therefore homes, mobile homes, RV's and camping are allowed. My lots have been surveyed and staked (which makes them more valuable) and are in a subdivision with legal access and road frontage. The road to the subdivision from highway 191 is county maintained. There are absolutely no liens or encumbrances on the lots, taxes are less than $20.00 per year and are paid current. Utilities are not in the subdivision at this time, but when they are this land will be much more expensive. I have been asked many times why these beautiful lots are selling for so little. The only reason is that these are not "in town" lots. These lots are rural and as I mentioned there are no utilities.

The White Mountains, 1500 acre Lyman Lake, Petrified Forest National Park, Sitgreaves National Forest, Apache National Forest and state lands (for horseback riding, hiking, ect...) are all in close proximity. For more information about this area click on this link.

Please note that I have many lots in this subdivision and the pictures shown are of the subdivision and area and may or may not be of the specific lot. If you have any questions you can e-mail me at Bill@WholesaleEarth.com or you can phone me at 661-703-8233 .
